At last night’s Kemptville & District Sports Hall of Fame, Derrick Byrd was inducted for Fastball and Hockey. He’s not much for the spotlight; for him it’s all about the love of the game.
Also inducted was Savannah Wilson for Equine Endurance Racing. She says she was very honoured to be recognized for her sport.
Other 2015 Sports Hall of Fame inductees include the Kemptville Junior A’s Softball team from 1976.
