Ottawa man faces charges after stealing truck from gas station in Chesterville

An Ottawa man is facing additional charges after stealing a truck from a gas station. Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP responded to a report of the stolen truck from MacEwen’s Gas Station in Chesterville, while the owner entered the store. Other than the theft, the 21-year-old has been charged with drunk driving, and controlling a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system. He will appear in a Morrisburg court in September.
