When it comes to bats in your home, make sure there is no human or animal contact. Try to confine the bat to one room and open a window or door in that room so the bat will fly out early in the evening. If you are bitten by a bat or come into contact with one, make sure to wash the affected area thoroughly and then seek medical attention.
