It’s almost time for the curtain to go up for the second show of the summer season at the Upper Canada Playhouse in Morrisburg.
After the first production, A Woman’s Love List, came to a close it’s now set the stage for The Sweet Delilah Swim Club which runs from Thursday until July, 27.
The plot focuses on a swim club made up of five women which meet every few years and their antics.
Upper Canada Playhouse Artistic Director Donnie Bowes tells Moose FM that a couple of key ingredients will be on display.
“The reason why we get big audiences is that they like comedy and they also like a good story and this is a combination of both.”
