Here’s some help with your spring cleanup.
Edwardsburgh Cardinal’s Public Works Department will be collecting brush and leaves in residential areas of Spencerville, Cardinal, Johnstown and New Wexford throughout May.
It’s being done in areas where conditional burning is not allowed and a schedule can be found on the township’s website.
Rules including that branches be no longer than four feet, root bases from trees or shrubs not being accepted and tree limbs and trunks not exceeding three inches in diameter are in place.
You’re also asked to make sure that bags remain dry and are set out no earlier than 48 hours before pickup.
