Police say one person is in critical condition after a single-vehicle collision west of Kemptville.
Reports say it happened around 1:30 p.m. Sunday on Donnelly Drive near Burritts Rapids.
A man in his thirties was airlifted to the hospital by Ornge air ambulance.
The road was closed in the area for several hours but has since reopened.
