Your thoughts and feelings are wanted as the time for North Grenville to put pen to paper on its 2025 budget draws closer.
The work gets started on Feb. 4 with the water and sewer budget presentation and then continues on Feb. 25 with the first draft of the budget.
An in-person session will take place at the North Grenville Municipal Centre on Feb. 26 followed by a virtual session on Mar. 5.
The final approval for the budget is slated for Mar. 19.
North Grenville Mayor Nancy Peckford says in a media release that “our annual budget process is one of the most important opportunities to plan for the future of our community.” She adds that “we are grateful to all residents who provided their feedback through the survey. Your voice matters, and your input will help guide us in making informed and balanced decisions that reflect our shared priorities.”
