You are being asked to stay off of the Kemptville Creek Skateway for now.
Officials say the North Grenville facilities team is beginning to prepare the ice in the hopes that Mother Nature will cooperate.
While clearing and prepping for flooding is currently underway, a 30 centimetre-12” thickness is required to open the skateway.
Skaters will be invited to come out once the ice is fully prepared.
