A 53-year-old man is wanted by police after they say he breached his release.
The Ontario Provincial Police Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad says Ivan Belknap is a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
He’s described as Caucasian, 5’11”, 186 pounds. He has numerous tattoo’s on his left upper arm “Castle”, on his left ankle “Bird”, on his right upper arm “Warrior”, as well as a “Boat & Viking Skull”. He has a number of Tattoos on his back and chest as well.Â
Belknap is serving a two-year sentence for offenses including careless use or storage of a firearm and possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition.
He’s known to frequent the Kingston, Smiths Falls and Carleton Place areas.
