Reports say the Tim S. Dool, was carrying a grain shipment when it became stuck around 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
It’s not known why it ran aground but the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation says there were no injuries, no reported pollution and the vessel is not taking any water on.

The ship is outside the navigation channel.
The Maritime News reports the ship is a Canada-flagged bulk carrier built in 1967, its owned by the Canadian Algoma Central Corporation.
