Winter parking restrictions are now in place in Merrickville-Wolford.
Until April 15, overnight parking is not permitted on any of the streets in the village between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m.
Officials say it allows snowplow operators full access to the streets in the early morning hours so they can clean them.
You are also reminded that all basketball nets, hockey nets or anything similar must be kept off the roadway and sidewalks as well during these times.
