Kemptville residents have another chance to get their pets vaccinated against rabies next week.
The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit is running one more low-cost rabies vaccine clinic this month.
The organization hosted a number of them in communities like Prescott and Athens on September 14th.
This last clinic is being hosted at the Ferguson Tree Nursery next Wednesday, September 21st, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM.
Vaccines will cost $20 per animal. Residents are being encouraged to bring outdoor animals like barn cats and hunting dogs, since they have a higher risk of exposure to the virus.
You can learn more about rabies on the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit website.
