The St. Mike’s Junior and Senior boys basketball teams opened their regular season with a pair of home-opening wins against BCI on Tuesday. The Juniors survived a tight fourth quarter for a 35 to 30 win while the Seniors scored a decisive 59 to 37 victory over the Red Rams. Emerson Sears led the juniors with 8 points while Jonah Holthus and Craig Oliver had 18 and 16 points respectively. The Mustangs travel to Brockville on Thursday to take on St Mary’s.
