Tim Hortons kicked off its annual Smile Cookie campaign today. In Kemptville 100% of the proceeds from smile cookies will be donated to the Kemptville Youth Centre. Tim Hortons in Winchester, Morrisburg and Long Sault will all donate their proceeds to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital Foundation.
