Ottawa Police have laid charges on a massage therapist after he sexually assaulted one of his clients. On Monday, July 21st, a woman went to the west end spa with an online coupon. Police say the man, who is an unlicensed massage therapist, sexually assaulted the woman. 54 year old Quan Kai Chen was released with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court in September. Police are concerned there may be other victims. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sexual Assault Unit or Crimestoppers.
