The Municipality of North Grenville is hoping to use a new tool to attract businesses to the downtown core. Committee of the Whole discussed the new North Grenville Downtown Business Attraction Strategy at Monday night’s meeting.
According to officials, they will use marketing strategies, product development and implementation, and a collaborative effort with property owners to attract new businesses. The strategy will be implemented through the municipality’s economic development division, along with project partners.
North Grenville Council will make a final decision on whether or not to approve the new attraction strategy at the first meeting in the new year.
