The Kemptville Landing Development is a step closer to getting shovels in the ground. North Grenville Committee of the Whole recommended that the project be approved once outstanding conditions are met to the satisfaction of both the public works and the planning & building departments.
Back at a meeting in early November, Acting Manager of Planning & Building Phil Gerrard said the changes to the site plan were too substantial for staff to approve it. That meant the issue would need to return to council for approval.
