At a mentoring meeting on Wednesday, “Lawns by Laird” business owner Connor Laird says in just over 2 weeks he already has half a dozen regular lawn maintenance customers. Halle Fraser of “Halle’s Technical Solutions” anticipates a busy summer providing one-on-one tutoring sessions and service to anyone who isn’t quite comfortable with their computer. Alexandra Blockley has been selling out of her gluten-free “Beat the Wheat” treats at local farmers’ markets and would sell out of her banana bread too if she could only stop eating it.
