The Grenville County OPP has called in the Special Investigations Unit after an incident involving a woman and an officer. Early Monday morning, the woman was arrested at a home on River Road in North Grenville. While she was being brought to the detachment in Kemptville, police say an interaction occurred between the woman and the officer which injured both of them.
The OPP notified the province’s Special Investigations Unit which is called in during any such incidents. No other details have been released and the OPP says it can’t provide further information regarding what happened.
