Changes are expected to come to the local by-law concerning off-road vehicles. The reason is to amend the by-law to reflect recent provincial changes to the definition of an All-Terrain Vehicle. One of the issues was that side-by-side atvs didn’t really fit into the law’s definition. That definition was updated provincially but has yet to be updated in our local by-law. North Grenville Council will vote on the change Monday.
