The Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs is warning all riders that trails are not open or ready yet for the season.
Despite the recent dumping of snow, the ground, waterways, and swamps are not yet frozen, and trails have not been properly groomed yet to allow for safe sledding.
The OFSC is also reminding riders to stay off farmer’s fields to avoid trespassing charges.
