Windmill Brewery officially opened its doors this weekend between Johnstown and Prescott. The brewery is on Newport Drive, next to King’s Lock Craft Distillery.
Founder Sean Lucey says the popularity of his home brewed beer was too intense for his passion to stay a hobby.
The name, Windmill Brewery, also has local ties based on its proximity to the battle of the windmill site, with the brewery also set up on what is believed to be an original Loyalist campground.
