Zoning changes for new subdivision on tonight’s agenda at Committee of the Whole

Zoning changes for a new subdivision on County Road 19 is on tonight’s agenda for discussion at North Grenville Committee of the Whole. The public meeting will give residents a chance to learn about the proposed zoning changes to the land behind McEwen’s, on the west side of County Road 19, between the road and water. The solar farm on Scotch Line Road will also be discussed after a motion was passed at Council last month to defer a vote that would have seen council not support the project. There will also be a presentation on the Kemptville Landing Condominiums regarding an updated site plan and elevations. The meeting gets underway at 6:30pm at the North Grenville Municipal Centre.
