Daylight Savings Time comes to an end this weekend. On Sunday at 2:00am, all clocks will turn back one hour. While Canada wasn’t the first Country to institute Daylight Savings Time, the idea was first implemented in Thunder Bay at the city level in 1908. Germany introduced Daylight Savings Time nationwide in 1916.
