Commit to Fit coming October 1st

If you’re looking to find a new activity or exercise, you may want to drop by St Michael Catholic High School on Saturday, October 1st. Commit to Fit Fest is running from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the school that day. One of the organizers is the Kemptville Youth Centre. Executive Director Robin Heald says there will be presenters and booths set up to showcase local activities you can get involved in.

Money raised from sponsorship and entry fees to the event will go to support the United Way of Leeds and Grenville.
