A 19-year-old South Dundas man is facing charges after assaulting his girlfriend. The OPP says they were called to a domestic situation on Wednesday afternoon on County Road 43 in North Dundas. After investigating, they found out that, in addition to the assault that had occurred, there had also been a past assault by the suspect. The man now faces two counts of spousal assault in the incident. He’ll face the charges in Cornwall Court on October 4th.
