Sustainable North Grenville urges residents who’ve signed the petition to urge council not to support the Energy East Pipeline to show up at tonight’s Committee of the Whole meeting

Sustainable North Grenville has asked residents who’ve signed the petition to urge council not to support the Energy East Pipeline to show up at tonight’s Committee of the Whole meeting. The request came on their Facebook page last night. They state that the mayor and council seem ready to support the project. Sustainable North Grenville member Chris Weissflog says it’s premature to express support.

Juice FM reached out to Mayor David Gordon for comment regarding the upcoming presentation. Gordon said he looked forward to hearing the presentation before commenting on their concerns.
