North Grenville Committee of the Whole recommends Council waive building permit fees and development charges for the next local Habitat for Humanity build. The project is set to be built at 400 County Road 25, just north of Oxford Mills. Volunteer Susan Zambonin explained the land was donated but there’s an added benefit to building near Oxford Mills.
The waived fees would come to just under $7,000 according to estimates.
