Part of County Road 31 is closed near Winchester as emergency personnel attend to victims of a serious two-car collision that happened around 3:45pm today. The incident happened on 31 between County Roads 13 and 43. That section is closed and detours are in place. The sole occupants of each vehicle are being treated for injuries; more information will be provided as it becomes available.
