Committee of the Whole Recommends Council select Cruickshank Construction’s bid for resurfacing project

Committee of the Whole voted in favour to recommend to Council that Cruickshank Construction Limited’s tender submission for paving various roads in North Grenville be selected last night. Of the 6 submissions, Cruickshank Construction’s was considerably lower at $394,127.05 including taxes. Karen Dunlop, Director of Public Works, says a lot of factors come into play in the cost submitted by construction companies.

Dunlop highlighted the locations included in the project.

The resurfacing project was approved in the 2016 Budget.
