This week, North Grenville Municipal Council voted to extend the lease of the current office space in the municipal centre to Big Brothers Big Sisters for another three years. Since opening the local office in 2011, the organization has significantly increased the number of local children they serve.
Council also gave pre-budget approval for the installation of new flooring in the entire arena lobby & washrooms and the main lobby washrooms. This will be installed during the arena shut-down in April and May. The tender was awarded to RCN Enterprises Inc. for the provision and installation of the flooring.
