Police have identified the human remains found in Winchester. On April 17th Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry OPP responded to a report of a body found on Steen Road near Thompson Road. The results of the post mortem showed the death was the result of foul play. With DNA testing, police are now able to confirm the deceased is Raymond Arnold Collison of Chesterville. Collison was reported missing to police back in September of 2009. The Crime Unit is continuing the investigation under the direction of OPP Acting Detective Inspector Jim Gorry, Criminal Investigation Branch.
