Ottawa Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of 18-year-old Devontay Hackett in the murder of St. Patrick Catholic High School student Brandon Volpi. Volpi was killed in an altercation outside Les Suites Hotel early Saturday morning, June 7, where an after-prom party was being held. Hackett is being charged with 2nd Degree Murder. He is described as a light brown skinned male, 6’0″(183 cm), 135lbs (61 kg), with short brown hair and brown eyes (see picture).
