North Grenville Municipal Council meets tonight. On the agenda, as outlined at last week’s Committee of the Whole, a one-year extension of draft plan approval for Oxford Village. As Senior Planner Phil Gerrard explains, the subdivision on the north side of 43 east of Somerville Road is a key part of the developing North West Quadrant.
Gerrard says the subdivision has been delayed through no fault of their own; the existence of wetlands at the proposed site is slowing the process a bit.
