A 52 year old man is in custody after the hit and run that killed 54 year old Roy Chapman yesterday on Townline Road while cycling. Officers located the suspect and vehicle at a residence in North Grenville this morning at 7am. He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville today.
