Grenville County OPP officers were busy investigating a fatal collision on Highway 401 yesterday at Blue Church Rd in Augusta Township. Just before 2:30pm police were called to the single motor vehicle collision. The 2012 Honda CRV lost control and drove into the median, rolling numerous times before landing on its roof. The male driver and 68 year old female passenger were transported to hospital. The 37 year old female passenger suffered fatal injuries. They were from New York State.
