A Chesterville man is facing charges after a fight with his landlord. At about 1pm May 22nd Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP were called to a residence on Water Street in Chesterville. Investigation revealed 60-year-old Andre Heymans had threatened to damage property in the apartment he was renting. He was arrested and charged with uttering threats to damage property. He appears in Morrisburg Court July 8.
