"BULLY" play raises $1000 for Ugandan charity

As a part of St. Michael’s ongoing commitment to the Ogooma Uganda Children’s Home the cast and crew of the play “BULLY” donated $1000.00 from the play’s proceeds. At an assembly students were informed of the many worthwhile programs the school is helping to support. Playwright and Assistant Director Elizabeth Friend said “It’s a great thing to know this play has not only helped people locally but on the other side of the world as well. The Arts really do help to make the world a better place.” Pictured: Chaplain Sheri Richer-Camillone accepting the donation from lead actress Sydney Taylor, author and assistant director Elizabeth Friend and teacher Michael Blouin.
