Body found in Rideau River near Kemptville

Saturday, May. 30th, 2015

Ottawa Police Marine Dive and Trails Unit have located a body in the Rideau River near the HWY 416 overpass. The incident is still under investigation however it is not deemed to be suspicious at this time. The name of the deceased will not be released by the Ottawa Police Service in respect of the request of the family.
