Kemptville lost a big presence in the community Thursday with the passing of Bob Perry Sr. Bob raised his family in Kemptville, in a big, welcoming home on River Road. He supported the Kemptville District Hospital and a number of other local organizations. He was best known for his years as a local realtor and the father of Jim, Neil and Steve but many local residents were welcomed into Bob Perry’s family, and he will be missed by all.
The Perry family invites friends to say their final farewells to Bob Perry on Sunday, May 31st from 1 to 6pm at Brown Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry on Prescott Street in Kemptville and on Monday, June 1st from 11:30am to 1pm at the Kemptville Pentecostal Church at 1964 County Road 43 just west of Johnston Road. A Celebration of Life service will follow.
