One person sent to hospital after collision in Chesterville

One person was transported to the hospital after a two-vehicle collision in Chesterville.

East Region OPP says it happened at the intersection of County Road 43 and County Road 7 around 6:30 p.m. Monday.

The intersection was closed while investigators were at the scene and reopened a few hours later.

The extent of injuries is currently unknown.

An investigation into the crash continues.
