The North Grenville Fire Service is taking to the water as part of their training.
Members will be taking part in surface water rescue training at Curry Park this Thursday.
Residents may notice firefighters, rescue equipment, boats, and other emergency response equipment being used throughout the training area.
It’s a planned training exercise and not an emergency.
The service says the training helps firefighters maintain and build the skills needed to respond safely and effectively to water-related emergencies in the community.
