There’s overnight work scheduled in Merrickville this week.
Officials say it’s taking place from Tuesday to Thursday along St. Lawrence Street between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Officials say that Clean Water Works Inc. has been contracted to rehabilitate the main sewers under St. Lawrence Street.
They will be inserting a liner into the sewer main to render it structural and watertight which they say minimizes inconveniences usually associated with conventional open cut sewer repairs.
