Over $23,000 raised for KDH during smile cookie campaign

There’s smiles all around with the results of the recent smile cookie campaign.

The Tim Horton’s restaurants in Kemptville say over $23,000 was raised in support of a new mammography machine for Kemptville District Hospital during the campaign April 27 to May 3.

During the annual event, 100 per cent of the proceeds from every smile cookie sold were donated to local charities, community groups, and youth organizations across Canada.

In Kemptville, the funds raised will help bring upgraded 3D mammography technology to KDH, supporting earlier detection and better care for patients close to home.

The KDH Foundation is extending its sincere thanks to everyone who purchased a smile cookie and helped make this year’s campaign such a tremendous success.
