The Spencerville Mill and Museum is hitting the water and you’re invited.
They are organizing a spring paddle along the South Nation River for Saturday, May 23 in support of the museum.
Whether you’re bringing a kayak, canoe, or another paddling vessel, they say it’s a great opportunity to get out on the water and enjoy the season.
You can contact the museum ahead of time if you require a vessel but availability is limited.
Participants can also take part in a poker run, with $500 in cash prizes awarded for the best hands who complete the route and arrive at the back by 12:30 PM for the prize ceremony.
