There’s a new resource to turn to for taking a look into our past.
The Grenville County Historical Society has launched its online newspaper archive which features more than 38,000 newspapers dating back to 1895.
The site also features an intuitive design with user-friendly key word searching for community members.
Society members say the project was made possible, in part, by a nearly $50,000 grant from Library and Archives Canada’s Documentary Heritage Communities Program.
