Drivers are being urged to slow down and follow the rules of the road with another blast of winter sweeping in.
East Region OPP say the snow means driving conditions will deteriorate, especially with heavier snow in the forecast.
They are reminding you of the importance of clearing snow from your entire vehicle, keeping your headlights turned on and ensuring that your windshield washer tank and gas tank are filled.
If you’re heading out, you should also give yourself extra time, leave extra following distance and consider packing an emergency kit in the car.
Police say a couple of other reminders are to keep your eyes on the road ahead and don’t pass active snowplows.
