Families invited to skate with Santa in Edwardsburgh Cardinal

You’re being invited to lace up your skates and hit the ice with Santa Claus.

The Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal is hosting two free Skating with Santa events close to Christmas with the first scheduled for 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Ingredion Centre on Friday, Dec. 19.

The second is slated to take place on Sunday, Dec. 21 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Spencerville Arena.

Organizers say that families can enjoy free community skating, festive music, and the chance to skate alongside Santa.

Donations of non-perishable food items are appreciated and will go to supporting local food initiatives.
