Breaking: Man charged in voyeurism investigation at Kemptville daycare

A 27-year-old male has been charged with voyeurism in connection to an investigation at a Kemptville daycare.

Grenville County OPP say they received a report on August 20 that a recording device had been located at a daycare.

Police confirmed to Moose FM that the daycare is the Centre Éducatif Rivière Rideau on Heritage Drive in Kemptville.

On Friday, police said an arrest was made as a result of an investigation.

The accused remains in custody with a bail hearing scheduled for Saturday in Brockville. Police say the name of the accused cannot be released until that appearance.

Grenville County OPP continue their investigation.
