It’s a day that’s been long anticipated.
The Kemptville District Hospital is celebrating the grand opening of its Tallman Family CT Scanner Suite on Wednesday afternoon with a ribbon cutting.
It will be followed by the unveiling of the KDH Foundation’s donor wall and tours of the CT suite with the festivities scheduled to get underway at 5 p.m.
Among those expected to be in attendance are KDH CEO Frank J. Vassallo, North Grenville Mayor Nancy Peckford and Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes MPP Steve Clark along with KDH staff, volunteers and physicians.
The public is welcome to attend.
The funds to bring the CT Scanner to Kemptville were provided by the KDH Foundation’s Crossroads Campaign, the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville and Municipality of North Grenville.
